By creating an account or using Occuin, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to transact. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account.
Sellers must list only animals they are legally entitled to sell, with accurate descriptions, media, and documentation. Listings that misrepresent an animal, breach welfare standards, or violate local laws or CITES restrictions are prohibited and may be removed.
Placing a bid is a binding commitment. The highest bid meeting any reserve at close wins. Occuin may extend, cancel, or void auctions where fraud, error, or policy violations are detected.
Occuin connects buyers and sellers; the contract of sale is between those parties. We provide tools for trust and communication but are not a party to transactions and do not take title to any animal.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. You may close your account at any time.
