We collect the information you provide when you create an account (name, email, phone, country, language and currency preferences), the listings and messages you create, and technical data such as device type and approximate location for security and localization.
We use your data to operate the marketplace — authenticating you, matching buyers and sellers, processing inquiries and auctions, surfacing relevant listings, and keeping the platform safe. Contact details are only revealed to a counterparty once an inquiry is mutually approved.
We never sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers who help us run Occuin (hosting, media storage, email delivery) under strict confidentiality, and where required by law.
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time from your profile, or by contacting us. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
